Tribal Mixing

jacket: h&m // tee: h&m // skirt: joe fresh (recent & on mega clearance!) // tights: joe fresh // booties: jeffrey campbell // bag: joe fresh (older)

When I walked downstairs wearing this, my boyfriend gave me a look like " hmmmm that's an interesting outfit". He usually gives me these looks and doesn't understand how I put things together. I usually shrug off his funny looks because if I like the outfit that's all that matters hahaha.. do you feel me ladies? Sometimes guys don't understand our fashion choices but fashion is all about confidence and if you feel confident in your clothing, it radiates through you!

Anyways, I absolutely fell in love with this Joe Fresh skirt online a few months ago and was pretty sad when it sold out almost immediately. I did get to pick up the skirt in the other pattern which I also LOVE but this one was my favourite. Over Christmas, my younger sister got me a dress and unfortunately it didn't fit me and while I was in Calgary I went to return it and saw a row of these skirts and knew it was meant to be! I'm a sucker for a great print and thought it would be super fun to pair it with this patterned jacket from H&M! Pairing patterns together can be tricky business but sometimes you just gotta go for it, confidence is key!

Have a wonderful Friday!
I'll be starting the packing process.. (never fun!).
