For this week's Style Panel we were asked to show how we can wear the ever growing trend of "pajama dressing".
If you flip through any fashion magazine or browse websites you will notice that pajamas are everywhere!
To be perfectly honest, it is one of my biggest pet peeves when I see people wear their pajamas outside in public, but there are ways to embrace the trend and not look like you just rolled out of bed.
This was my interpretation of the trend, I went with pajama inspired pants and a silky pocket blouse. The key is to stray away from flannel and wear silky pajama material. I don't know if I'd go with a head to toe pattern as you can see here but it is defintately a trend that could easily be done.
I like the idea of a silky pajama top with trousers or jeans tucked in or silky pants with your favourite heels.
Check out this week's Style Panel to see how other ladies are interpreting the trend!

Holy wow, you and your blog are gorgeous! I'm so jealous of how you're able to pull of such a comfy look and make it look so stylish. The pants look seriously awesome on you!
ReplyDeleteThis is my first time stopping by and I LOVE your blog name!!!! I'm always so jealous (in a completely supportive way haha) of people who think of fantastic blog names.
ReplyDeleteI love this cozy outfit. There is a blogger (Fash N Chips) who wears something similar. The fancy sweats with high heels look. I don't think I could ever pull it off, but gals like you really prove that sweats can be street wear.
I love this look! You really made the pajama look chic. Those pants are amazing. They look so comfy!
ReplyDeleteI think you nailed it! Such an effortlessly cool look. And I'm loving that scarf!

I enjoyed so much that you pulled off the look on the top AND the bottom without it looking sloppy. I wasn't brave enough to go for it; but your pieces are super flattering and I agree with miss Kate up there that the red lip really pulls it from super casual into trendy!!
