Flying with Old Navy: 5 pieces 3 outfits {Old Navy + Air Miles Giveaway}

I think it's safe to say that I'm a frequent traveler. Over the years, I've been to a few amazing places and I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to travel. With all those miles racked up I've started to realize how important a well packed suitcase is. Although I'm guilty of overpacking... a lot, over the past few years I've been gradually getting better at packing the essentials. 

When Old Navy challenged me to pick 5 items and make 3 outfits for a destination of their choice I got super excited! Not only am I a huge fan of the brand but I thought it would give me a good lesson in learning to pack lightly. I was given the destination of beautiful Paris and although I have never been (I plan to in the next year or so) I tried to convey the chic look Parisian women have. When I think of Parisian style I think classic and simple with loads of confidence. What's even better is that you can get that Parisian look by not breaking the bank! (all of my outfits cost under $250!).

For my three outfits I went with a airport look, a walking around the city and sightseeing look and finally a going out for dinner look. I decided to go with the essentials: a pair of jeans, a white button down, a striped button down (when in Paris right?), a classic black dress and a pair of ankle boots. I added a few accessories to finish the looks! 

The verdict? I realized you don't have to pack a massive suitcase to look chic! Simply pack the essentials and you can make loads of combinations.. easy!
