I'm not going to lie, this bodycon dress is completely out of my comfort zone.
Basically anything that clings to my body makes me kinda run for the hills. When I saw this Joe Fresh dress when I was home last week my mom convinced me to try it on. I'm kinda glad I did because although it clings to the body it's not unflattering! Maybe I've become a whole new person who loves bodycon dresses! (I wish I could add that surprised emoji face on here haha).
Do you have any helpful tips on how to pull off bodycon? (spanx? haha) I'd love to know!
Have a great Monday!
Damn girl! You look awesome in this dress, it's super flattering and I love that the midi length adds a sophistication to a body con dress! So gorgeous on you!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great look on you Melanie! You have an amazing bod - anything bodycon would look amazing on you, but this dress is stunning! I love that it's all grey!

I absolutely love simple body con dresses...I have a couple grey ones that are my most comfortable dresses to wear! There's something about a grey simple dress that I love! They're so easy to style! You look fabulous in this :)

You look great in this dress Melanie! I'm a bit weary of wearing tight dresses myself, but I bought a pair of Spanx so I may change my mind and venture into bodycon land soon, like you! ; )
ReplyDeleteIt really does look great on you! Hoorah for being brave and just going for it!

Haha, I bought a cute little stripe one from TNA that my husband LOVES, but I'm still trying to get used to showing every curve...it's just so uncomfortable! Currently wearing it as a mini with a nice baggy sweater on top ;)
ReplyDeleteWow, you are looking AH-MAZE-ING in that dress! I don't like to wear anything too form fitting either, but you can totally pull this look off. Sometimes it's nice to get outside the comfort zone a bit!
