It's hard to believe that Christmas is only 3 days away!... um WHAT?
Seriously, when did that happen? I feel like 2015 went by way too fast. I'm usually really prepared when it comes to buying all my gifts but this year we were quite late. Just yesterday we sent some gifts to Toronto and to Barbados... shipping fees hit us pretty hard as you can imagine. Family, you better like your gifts! OR ELSE. This Christmas will be a little different for my guy and I, we are spending it here together in Calgary (our first). We usually go home for Christmas either Toronto or Barbados but with going to Europe this year and buying our dream bed (hurry up end of January!) we decided to save a little bit of $$$ and stay here. Obviously we are both sad to not spend it with family but in a way it will be nice to have Christmas just the two of us and our little dog Nugget. It's sort of creating our own traditions and I'm pretty excited!
It's no secret that I have an obsession with midi skirts. They just work on my body type and if something works why not have various options?! I already have this skirt in black from Aritzia and I'm already coveting the white one for NYE. I thought it would be fun to incorporate an unexpected colour with the skirt and this mustard sweater fit the bill. I love showing how you don't have to wear a neutral for it to look good! It's fun to branch out a bit and I love the way it turned out.
Ps. the winner of the WonderBra giveaway is ChooChoo! I will email you!
Stay tuned for tomorrow, I'll be posting an exciting giveaway on Instagram just in time for Christmas!
I would have never thought these colors would look good together but not only do they look good, they rock! Such a great combination!
