HEY! I'm back!

It's been a while huh? Well a lot has happened over the past couple weeks. It's always a busy time around the holidays and it was pretty crazy for me with work and commitments. I was also sadly alone for Christmas because of work which really sucked but luckily I had some great friends here which gracefully invited me over. I know being alone for Christmas sounds horrible but it wasn't as bad as I thought. I spent it with Nugget and Facetimed David and my family. Fast forward a few days later and I was home and reunited with my loved ones for a full week. It was so nice to be surrounded by family and ring in 2020 together. 

I really needed to get out of the city for a bit as it can be a bit isolating sometimes. For me, a change of scenery can do a lot of good. It's kind of a reset and boy oh boy did I need it. We got back yesterday and I feel happy, refreshed and ready to tackle 2020. I have told myself I am going to try my absolute best to let go of things that make me feel like shit. Let go of things that only bring negative feelings. Stop talking to others who don't care about you. Stop worrying so much about running into people, just stop being so anxious. Focus on the positives and run with it!
